Roughly 18–24 hours' driving from the GTA, primarily within Canada. Availability depends on route, weather, driver availability, driver-hours regulations, cargo, vehicle, road conditions, and safety and legal requirements.

What's the difference between same-day and emergency service?

Accepted Answer

Same-day covers planned, non-emergency shipments booked ahead during the day — how far we can reach depends on how early you book. Emergency service is 24/7/365 and covers breakdown/critical situations dispatched immediately, any time, including longer-distance direct-drive. Both can reach the same range of destinations; the difference is urgency and booking pattern, not distance.

How late can I book for same-day?

Same-day courier bookings in the GTA are accepted 24/7, but the latest possible cutoff depends on the distance to your delivery location. If the route is realistically achievable within the same day, we will dispatch a dedicated vehicle. If same-day delivery is not feasible for your destination, we will still get your shipment moving at the earliest possible time after receiving your order.

What's the maximum size and weight you can carry?

Up to approximately 1,000 lb and approximately 8 ft × 4 ft × 4 ft, subject to vehicle fit, loading method, weight distribution, cargo security, route, and safety limitations.
