Emergency Courier Service — Available 24/7, Every Day of the Year

When you need a delivery immediately — day or night, weekday or holiday — we accept emergency bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and dispatch a dedicated vehicle straight to your pickup location.

What Counts as an Emergency Delivery

Equipment breakdowns, urgent replacement parts, time-critical shipments, missed connections, and any business situation where a delay is costing you money. If it can't wait, it's an emergency — and we'll dispatch a dedicated vehicle as soon as feasibility, vehicle fit, and timing are confirmed.

How Emergency Booking Works

Call our dispatch line or email us any time — 24/7/365, including weekends and statutory holidays. We confirm pickup details, assign a vehicle and driver, and that vehicle travels non-stop to your destination. You receive dispatch confirmation, estimated arrival updates, and signed proof of delivery on arrival.

Coverage & Limitations

Emergency direct-drive service reaches Canadian destinations within roughly 18–24 hours' driving time from the GTA — including destinations such as Ottawa, Sudbury, and North Bay, among others. For true emergencies, dispatch typically has a driver moving within 30–60 minutes of your call, depending on driver location and traffic. We do not currently offer scheduled delivery into the United States (see our Long-Distance page for the conditional cross-border discussion). Availability depends on route, weather, driver availability, driver-hours regulations, cargo, vehicle, road conditions, and safety and legal requirements.

Why Businesses Call Us First

Operating since 1996, we focus on one thing: getting time-critical business shipments moving without hub sorting, consolidation, or app-driven guesswork.
